This course helps you understand the importance of living in the present. It sets out how techniques ranging from practising ‘mindfulness’ to breathing exercises to simply going for a walk can help us all reconnect with ourselves and focus on what matters. It gives you the simple tools you need to improve your own wellbeing and cope with everyday challenges.
